Our scoop coater features a dual sided coating edge for either a sharp edge thin coat for higher screen mesh, or a rounded edge for coating lower mesh screens or for coating for heat transfers. Extruded from T6 aluminum this coater is easy to hold, sits easily on flat surface between coats, and holds a good amount of emulsion for lengthy coating sessions.

This Scoop coater comes complete with snap on injection molded end caps, As well as full top snap on dust cover. Sizes ranging from 4"W, 6"W, 8"W, 10"W, 12"W, 14"W, 16"W, 18"W, 20"W, 22"W, 24" and 26"W. We can also custom cut any size to fit your needs. Please call us with your required sizes.

Our screen "Coating Holder" is a unique device that mounts on the printers table, and allows them to coat screens consistently and at the same angle, every time. The screen angle is pre determined, so the screen printer just places the screen to be coated into the slot, lets it relax against the rolled surface of the coating holder and places their hand on the top of the screen and coats.

This screen holder eliminates any movement of the screen on the table. You just coat one side, flip the screen and coat the other side. For larger screens, the screen coating holder does the same thing except on the floor. You simply place the holder on the floor against the wall and the holder creates the angle for effortless coating.
