Our Aluminum Frames, are constructed with6063T5 Alloy, each piece is hand cut, and welded to insure water tight seal and ground smooth for flatness.

Aluminum Frame profiles range from 1” X 1” To 1-3/4” X 4”. With wall thickness of either 1/16” or 1/8” and a size range of 3” X 3” up to 14’ X 14’. With mesh count from 24 tpi to 420 tpi, including stainless steel mesh ranging from 80 tpi to 400 tpi, for those electronics and demanding jobs.

Our, Wood frames are hand made, out of #1 grade poplar hardwood.They feature an offset two finger mortise & tenon joint for superior strength and durability. By making the strongest wood frame on the market, we're also able to stretch some of the highest mesh tensions available for wood frames.
Wood frames are finished with one coat of sanding sealer, and then hand sanded. Finishing is completed with a coat of clear lacquer, for solvent and water resistance.

Wood Frame profiles range from 1” X 1” through 1-1/2” X 4”. Sizes range from 3” X 3” to 120” in length. (*Wood frames are not recommended any Larger than 48” due to frame flex and can not be guaranteed against warpage).

Mesh count ranging from 24 tpi to 420 tpi, we can provide all your screening needs, no matter what the frame size or application.
